How To Make Guinea Corn Swallow

Step1: Get your dried cassava from the market and grind with a dry mill into fine cassava flour then set aside.


Step 2: Get your guinea corn,remove debris and grind into fine powder using a dry mill too.


Step 3: Sieve the items separately to get a fine and smooth flour then combine the Cassava and Guinea Corn flour together.

To prepare the Guinea corn swallow,set a pot of clean water on fire,once the water is hot,mix a small quantity of your Guinea corn combo in a small bowl of cold or warm water,then pour into the boiling pot of water while stirring continuously,this will form the base for your semo.


Allow the paste to cook very well,then add your flour while still stirring to avoid lump,cook like you will do semo,then add some water and allow to cook for 5 minutes and your guinea corn swallow is done for eating with any soup of your choice.
