Milo is a chocolate-flavored malted powder drink mix. It is typically mixed with hot or cold milk or water to create a beverage. Milo was first developed in Australia in 1934 and is popular in many countries around the world, especially those in Asia and Africa. It is marketed as a nutritious drink for children and is often associated with sports and an active lifestyle.
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING MILO
120g of cocoa powder
250g of icing Sugar
250g of milk flavoring powder
300g of powdered milk.
½ table spoon malt extract

Pour your cocoa powder, icing sugar in a dry clean bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add your powdered milk and milk flavoring powder and mix together.
Break your egg and separate the egg yolk from the egg white, add the egg white to the mixture and mix together until it's well mixed (you can use your hand to mix).
Put it in the oven to dry for 10 to 15 mins.
Your milo is ready.
In the absence of oven, you can use the double pot method for drying.
Monitor your production so it doesn't burn.
Your milo is ready.
