Step1:
Pour soya beans in a tray and select out dead ones and stones. make sure it's stone free, then wash off with clean water and turn into a sieve to drain the water.

Place frying pan and heat before pouring soyabean and fry.
Fry till it get brown and the skin have started peeling off

After I frying/roasting, bring out and pour in a tray and allow to cool off for some minutes.
